Mohammad Ariful Kabir Chowdhury
Mr Arif Chowdhury has a Bachelor of Law from the University of Huddersfield, UK and a Postgraduate Diploma in Professional Legal Skill from the famous City University London’s professional wing the Inns of Court School of Law (ICSL). He was called to the Bar at the Honourable Society of Gray’s Inn, in the year 2008. He is currently pursuing his LPC-LLM at the University Law, UK. He also has a Bachelor of law degree and LLM from the University of Dhaka, Bangladesh.
Mr Arif Chowdhury maintains a broad practice area, with a particular focus in Immigration & Asylum, Sponsorship Licence application, skilled worker route and Property matter. He possesses high analytical ability, legal acumen and good command over legal and technical principles. His experience reflects on his strategies and presentation of the case in a reasoned and persuasive manner. He possesses excellent drafting skills.
Mr Arif Chowdhury is one of the leading members of our Immigration and Asylum team. He has considerable experience in making all types of Immigration, human rights and asylum applications. He undertakes the full range of work in the Immigration and Asylum Chamber of the First-tier Tribunals. He prepares full appeals on asylum, deportation and in-country immigration and entry clearance matters.
Mr Arif Chowdhury’s recent work includes successful Leave to remain application on private and Family life, entry clearance applications for visitors and Sponsor Licence Applications of many medium and small sized companies who wish to employ migrant workers through skilled worker route (previously known as Tier 2 of the Points Based System).
